Triage Clinics run from 8.00am – 12.00 noon and 2.30 pm – 6.30pm each day, Monday – Friday.
If you need an appointment urgently please call Reception and ask for a triage call-back, the Nurse will call you and assess your needs to ensure you are given an appropriate appointment with the appropriate Clinician / Health Professional, or simply offer advice to you.

When the surgery is closed an Out of Hours service is provided for urgent medical advice and attention at Stamford Hospital until 11.00pm and then at Grantham Hospital until 8.00am. The surgery emergency line is available from 8.00am Monday – Friday Tel: 01780 764121.
Nursing staff at the Minor Injuries Unit assess and treat patients for a wide range of minor injuries, including cuts, eye injuries and fractures, sprains and strains, broken bones, minor head injuries, injuries to the back, shoulder and chest, and insect and animal bites. They are also trained to apply plaster and have access to the fracture clinic which is held in the Outpatients department.
Ambulance services help many people with serious or life-threatening conditions. They also provide a range of other urgent and planned healthcare and transport services. Dial 999 in a medical emergency.
