Carers

Carers are people whose lives can become restricted by taking responsibility for the care of someone who, due to severe illness, disability, or frailty, is unable to manage alone.

Carers can be Young Carers (under18), Young Adult Carers (18 – 25) or Adult Carers.

Identification of Carers

We need to identify as many carers within our practice population as possible. If you are a Carer please inform the Reception Staff.
